The Great Lakes Co-Ed Soccer League is a
volunteer organization whose sole purpose is to provide a
quality soccer experience for its members. We strive to provide
a fun soccer environment with a focus on player development for
players between the ages of four and eighteen.
By far our most visible functions are our
youth leagues, but many of our member families have adults
participating as referees, coaches, and board members. We are
associated with the Michigan State Youth Soccer Association club
in Plymouth, MI. Basic decisions about club direction and
policies are made by a
volunteer board of directors.
Our youth seasons are roughly six weekly
games long, with many teams getting together for a couple of
weeks before their first games. The spring season starts in
early to mid April and ends in June and the Fall season begins
in mid to late August and runs through mid October. High school
age leagues alternate between Spring and Fall because these
players generally participate in High School soccer.
